About Us
A Little Information
Through our Presents Program, we redistribute new and gently used items along with excess stock. These items are donated by generous businesses and locals. Then redistributed to official organisations, rural communities and referred to vulnerable people. Our charity is proud to build our practices on a foundation of environmental consciousness and sustainability. Thus, working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and global warming.
Our Cap Policy ensures that once we reach our annual operational budget, 100% of each dollar goes directly toward our Presents Programs once-off $100 budget for referred vulnerable people. For example, a mother escaping domestic violence with her kids can afford to get school supplies.
Who We Help
We empower our community through connection to culture and family. All our activities are designed to contribute to a Redfern that is strong in its history.
Accommodate young women who are experiencing homelessness in a safe, secure, and supportive environment that respects individual cultural needs and desires, and empowers residents to become autonomous, self directed and capable of independent living.
Our aim is to continue to create a community and opportunities with Aboriginal children and their families living in inner-city Sydney through programs in education, health, social, sport and culture.
