Bringing hope to those in need across Australia. We provide relief to those facing poverty, illness, hardship, and crisis—because everyone deserves dignity and support. Our Presents Program delivers what matters through direct outreach and trusted partner organisations. Together we connect vulnerable individuals and families with essential supplies and joy-bringing gifts—made possible by our compassionate sponsors, donors, and volunteers. What we provide: new and gently-used items plus business surplus stock, including baby clothes, books, toys, school and art supplies, sporting equipment, games, musical instruments, and more.
Turning generosity into tangible change, one gift at a time.
A program with heart, growing with your support. Our Presents Program is new and underfunded, so we're honest about capacity—but every successful application stays on file until we can help. Approved individuals receive either a once-yearly $100 budget or access to donated items throughout the year, whichever serves them best.
Successful applicants receive a Unique Identifying Number and we contact them when items matching their needs arrive. Our team carefully inspects, cleans (following WHO guidelines), and stores every donation before thoughtfully matching items to individuals and families who need them most.
Powered by community. This program runs on administrative dedication, volunteer hours, donated storage space, and pure passion. Deepest thanks to our board members, volunteers, generous donors, and drop-off locations who make hope tangible.
Small budget. Big hearts. Growing impact.
Getting started is simple. Have a representative from a registered organisation complete our Referral Form. Our team will review, confirm, and contact you with next steps.
Once approved, you'll get clear instructions for accessing either the $100 budget (funding dependent) or year-round donated items—or both if available.
How the budget works: The $100 includes shipping and GST for online purchases. Share links to your selected items, and we'll order them for delivery to your address, PO Box, or our location for pickup.
Our volunteers are working hard to support you—thank you for your patience as we navigate limited funding.
Accessing donated items: Approved applicants can collect physical donations throughout the year. We ask for respectful engagement with our volunteers and prompt pickup—storage is limited, so items go to those who collect first.
We're here to help. Let's take this journey together.
Note: Only our Founding Director has access to personal information provided and only as it pertains to them completing their duties. Additionally, please review our Privacy Declaration, Management and Agreement in the Important Documents section.
All monetary donations are tax deductable as we have a charitable fundraising license registered under CFN/26274 valid till 24/05/2030.
Getting referred is straightforward. A caseworker, counsellor, or representative from a registered shelter, hospital, or support organisation completes our Referral Form (below) on the behalf of your organisation. We verify the referral and issue a Unique Identifying Number (UIN)—meeting ATO and ACNC legal requirements while keeping all information secure under state and federal privacy laws.
Approved applicants receive their UIN via email and complete a preference form—so we only contact you when relevant items arrive. Whether you need baby clothes, kids' toys, the $100 budget, or a combination, we tailor support to what matters most to you and your loved ones.
Note: Only one person per address is eligible for support. Due to lack of funding only those that live within the Greater Sydney Area are able to receive supplies.
Your privacy and dignity matter to us—always.
